Who will serve as Expert Panel Members and or Sales Trainers
William Porro is the Special Projects Administrator for the City of Miami. He serves in this capacity to coordinate the resources of the City Manager's Office of Economic Initiatives in conjunction with the Mayor's strategy to reduce poverty. In 2005, he helped create and launch ACCESS Miami, the second phase of the Mayor's original anti-poverty plan. More specifically, William strives to create linkages through such projects as tax preparation, Earned Income Tax Credit campaigns, Individual Development Accounts, micro-lending, banking, financial literacy and homeownership in order to produce a "continuum of care" for the City's residents and small business entrepreneurs. William's other responsibilities includes workforce development and positioning the City of Miami favorably when attracting new funding sources through collaborative efforts.
Monica Puig is President and Founder of Latin Business Club of America, South Florida’s largest networking organization promoting businesses to the Latin community. She is the publisher and editor of Latinbiz magazine and the radio host of Biztalk airing on WZAB The Biz 880 am; through these media channels, Monica provides small business owners with hands-on affordable solutions. She has over 20+ year experience as a relationship strategist in public, customer and investor relations; as well as networking; and business development. Her contributions to South Florida’s business community have earned her recognitions that include: the Key to Miami-Dade County and the City of Coral Gables, Proclamations from two Miami-Dade County Mayors (including a Certificate of Appreciation in recognition for her valuable contribution to the community), and the Successful Business Woman of the Year Award from The Latin Chamber of Commerce of the United States.
Al Otero is the Executive Director of the Broward County, Florida Chamber of Commerce. Al has over 14 years experience in the development and operations of Chambers of Commerce and serves as International Director of the Florida State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Al has over 20 years experience in sales, marketing, business development, management and ownership of small businesses. Al Otero is recognized as a Global Marketing Expert. Marcel Sanchez is the Founder and President of Motivational Speaking and Training Solutions, MSTS. Juan De La Torreis a Senior Business Consultant with Motivational Speaking and Training Solutions, MSTS. He served as Director of Regional Franchise Development and Latin American Marketing for Norwalk Furniture. Juan earned his MBA in 2001 and graduated with his Bachelor’s in Business and Marketing from Florida International University in 1991. Juan is recognized as an international sales and marketing expert. Albert Beltran is a Senior Certified Chaplain with Corporate Chaplains of America, an organization that provides chaplains to care for employees in the workplace. He serves several companies in South Florida, meeting the needs of over 600 employees and their families. Fully integrated in the lives of these corporations, he builds relationships with the employees, allowing him to be there when needed – funerals, hospital stays, broken relationships, family issues, legal problems, abuse, conflicts and more. Albert also serves in CCA’s Crisis Response Team, a specialized team trained to help in places of need all throughout the nation. He has also been trained as part of the Field Development group in CCA, allowing him the privilege to go before company owners, presidents and CEOs and promote chaplaincy care for their employees.

The Sales Catalyst Certification Program is a training solution of Motivational Speaking and Training Solutions, Inc.
Why create a Sales Catalyst Cerfication Program?
The Sales Catalyst Certification Program was not our idea. It was an idea we captured from the minds and hearts of business leaders here in South Florida. Many organizations today, especially small businesses, simply cannot afford to hire a sales training manager and don’t have the expertise to effectively train themselves and their people in the area of sales performance.
Entrepreneurs are diligently searching for affordable but effective sales training solutions to help them reach peak sales performance potential. What did we do? We responded to the pain by creating a solution to meet their needs. As we heard the cry throughout the small business community we decided to respond and recruit sponsors to help us spread the word. Our heart is to develop people…it’s what we live for.
What does my investment include?
Your investment in the Sales Catalyst Certification Program includes registration and all program materials. Corporate programs requiring special accomodations are billed seperately if applicable. Prices do not include meals, snacks, transportation or hotels unless otherwise specified. Team and group discounts are provided at the time of the initial registration. You must register all participants together to receive group discounts.
How can I pay for my registration?
You can pay for your registration via company check or credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card. Please note: The full amount will be charged to your account at the time of registration.
What about the waiting list?
Once our Sales Catalyst Executive Certification Program reaches maximum capacity, we will create a waiting list. Individuals, teams or groups on hold will have an opportunity to join the conference only if cancellations are confirmed on or before the day of the event. Full payment must be made prior to being placed on the waiting list.
What is your return and or refund policy?
With respect to refunds, all requests for Sales Catalyst Certification Programs and Sales Catalyst Workshop refunds must be made within 24 hours after the time your workshop transaction has been completed. With respect to books sold through our website or workshops, refunds must be requested by e-mail (Info@MotivationalSpeakingandTrainingSolutions.com) within 24 hours after the time of purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs when returning their order and must have a Return Authorization from MSTS. Once these guidelines have been met and the product received in good condition, we will gladly refund your credit card.
With respect to DVD’s, Audio CD’s, or software purchases, only unopened products receive a full refund within 24 hours after purchase. In the unfortunate event of natural causes, acts of God or significant circumstances, MSTS reserves the right to postpone or cancel Sales Catalyst Certification Programs, Sales Catalyst Workshops, Sales Catalyst Skills Training Events, Business Catalyst Events or Marriage Catalyst Conferences. MSTS will allow registrants a refund if an alternate date is unsuitable.
What about delivery method and timing?
Workshops are delivered on the scheduled days and times located on our Website. Products on backorder will be shipped as soon as they become available for processing. We will gladly refund and cancel your product orders upon request if the processing time will exceed 30 days.
Is there a Media Agreement or Policy? Yes. By attending our workshops, you agree to permit videographers and photographers to capture your participation before, during and after the event for us to use as promotional materials in addition to products for sale.
