Simone Brown is a business leader, public speaker and a talk radio personality, who routinely creates opportunities for organizations to deliver powerful market strategies, more productive employees, and stronger business performance. She is an electrical engineer with certifications in both Project Management and Lean/Sigma. Her areas of expertise include using out-of-the-box thinking in strategic planning, project management and process re-engineering to create strategies that accelerate growth and provide a competitive advantage.
Simone has had leadership positions with major players in the transportation and manufacturing industries like FedEx Express and Corning Inc., where she was responsible for executing new business strategies and opening new service markets throughout the Caribbean and South America. Mrs. Brown improves people, performance and profits by providing valuable expertise to help executives and professionals "take it to the next level.” Her experiences in deploying new strategies and implementing change across industries like Non-Profits, Supply Chain, Financial Services and Higher Education have put her in the driver’s seat to diagnose issues and make lasting organizational changes.
