About Marcel Sanchez

We seek to create customized training environments for effective professional development in the areas of professional growth, leadership, sales and ministry. Our goal is to synchronize organizational development by providing customized training solutions for English, Spanish, and Portuguese speakers.
Our passion is to help organizations exceed their performance goals by serving as key training partners in the development of their people. Our goal is to motivate them to serve as catalysts in their place of work, within their family and throughout their community.

About Marcel Sanchez

Adept at reorganizing, streamlining and strengthening existing customer operational models. A skilled negotiator with excellent organizational, leadership, team building and project management techniques.
Broad sales and marketing expertise includes Search Engine Optimization, SEO, Opt-in Electronic Mail Campaigns, Direct Sales and Internet Advertising and Promotion.

In May of 2006, Marcel Sanchez decided to leave a very successful career with the largest transportation company in the world to help change the lives of more people through serving as the Associate Pastor of IBB Church in Miami, Florida. During this transition several organizations expressed the need to creatively and systematically develop their people.
After working with several organizations to customize solutions for their people, Marcel founded Motivational Speaking and Training Solutions, Inc. in August of 2008 to better serve his clients.
Marcel has spoken and trained thousands of people in corporate and ministry functions. He graduated from Trinity International University with a B. A. in Human Resources Management in May of 1996 and from the University of Phoenix with a Master of Arts in Organizational Management in October 2002.
Marcel and his wife Yami have been married for more than 17 years and have two children, Luke and Savanah. At present, Marcel and his family live in Miramar, Florida.
